Restaurant Floor Supervisor

Satoshi restaurant and Music Library, located in the heart of Umalas in Bali, opens a vacancy for a position of Restaurant Manager.

• Duties

Creating staffing rotas;

Development and implementation of service standarts;

Maintaining a high level of restaurant service;

Daily staff briefings / Staff trainigs;

Monthly development and implementation of motivation system for staff;

Taking reservations;

Greeting and advising customers;

Handling customer enquiries and complaints;

Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports;

Assessing and improving profitability;

Cashier

• Experience

English intermediate;

Restaurant Manager experience for at least 3 years;

Premium restaurants experience and knowledge of hospitality and service standards;

Interpersonal and teamworking skills;

POS system;

Strong customer service skills;

The ability to prioritise and juggle multiple responsibilities;

Excellent communication skills;

Management and administration skills;

Problem-solving skills / Trouble shooting;

Organizational skills.

• Conditions*

6 working days and 1 day off per week
8 hours working day (Shift Schedule and Break Time are flexible)

Meal allowance:

• 000 IDR / Day or staff meal.
