Currently we are hiring for our sister company (F&B Business).
- Run daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from open to close.
- Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Hire, train, and support the team.
- Create a welcoming environment.
- Handle guest feedback professionally.
- Track sales and expenses.
- Implement strategies to boost profits.
- Maintain high food and service quality.
- Manage supplier relationships and pricing.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years in restaurant management or hospitality (F&B business).
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Location: Candidates based in Bandung are preferred.
