Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Grn Resorts Uluwatu. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Experience in hiring and managing staff in the food & beverage industry
• Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in hospitality management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
