Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management- Proven track record in managing high-volume restaurants
Experience in handling restaurant pre openings is a plus
- Strong leadership, revenue management and team management skills: ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high service standards
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems (VHP system)
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
