One of our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead their operations at a renowned establishment in BSD, Tangerang. The ideal candidate will focus on managing daily operations, overseeing the restaurant teams, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
Lead and manage the restaurants daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence.- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for the restaurant staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain consistent quality and service standards.- Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance to meet the restaurant's goals.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Manager in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and customer service.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in BSD, Tangerang.
