Responsibility- Assisting Proshop/Retail Manager.
Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly across our facilities.- Do inventory and restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the pro shop area is organized according to established guidelines.
Assisting clients in locating desired pro shop items.
- Informing clients of pro shop promotions to encourage purchases.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.- Responsible for administration and regular reports.
Minimum SMK/SMA.- Minimum 1 year experience as a retail attendant (in the sports industry is a plus).
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Dynamic with good initiatives and proactiveness.- Proficient in Google Workspace and retail software.
Capable of multitasking and resilient.
- High adaptability and attention to detail is a must.
