What You Will Do:

Retail Business Development will be responsible to acquire & retain UMKM in their area, activate brand awareness program as the marketing strategy to achieve revenue & shipment target, and help UMKM to develop their business with Paxel.

What You Need:

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales with B2B/B2C segment
• Have a good understanding about food & beverage, premium product (fashion, electronic), pharma/dental logistic
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Customer oriented
• Having good communication skill and strong leadership
• Able to work in dynamic team/environment
• Creative and Innovative
