Store Performance Optimization: Regularly monitor and evaluate store operations, identifying challenges and implementing solutions to improve key metrics. Conduct store visits to assess daily activities, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and composition, ensuring alignment with sales trends and market demand. Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Customer Experience Champion: Monitor customer feedback and address inquiries and complaints promptly. Facilitate resolution of escalated issues and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail environment, ideally in an operational or supervisory role.
