Retail Sales Coordinator to bring their energy and enthusiasm to create unforgettable service and party experiences for our guests.

- Location: Canggu, Badung - Bali
Ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational consistency
Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer needs and preferences
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
- Oversee inventory levels, including stock replenishment, product ordering, and stocktaking
Manage product displays and merchandising to maximize sales and maintain store presentation standards- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, including store layout, signage, and product presentation
Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions about stock levels and merchandising strategies
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a related role, with proven experience in coordinating retail operations and leading a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
