What You'll Do :

Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge among team members.
Conduct regular coaching sessions with sales staff to improve performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.
Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver training modules that align with company goals and objectives.
Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective sales techniques and service excellence.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service across all retail locations.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support.

What Youll Need To Succeed :
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer experience, customer service, or customer experience management, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
Demonstrated experience in training and developing employees skills in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of enhancing team performance.
Proven experience in leading teams with the ability to inspire, motivate, and foster a high-performance culture.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret customer data and develop effective, data-driven strategies to improve customer experience and sales performance.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and various stakeholders.
Strong customer service orientation with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations, particularly in the luxury retail industry.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive understanding of the luxury retail industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competition.
Experience in managing and analyzing customer feedback, with the ability to implement actionable improvements based on insights.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer analysis tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
