Position Purpose:
To assist the Sales & Retail Operations Manager oversee the overall operations of the store and being responsible and deliver the sales target for each store and channels
The Ideal Candidate will ...
Sales Force Management by ensure that BAs follow the brands image & sales ceremony through good customer service
Initiate and execute local targets, commission and incentive programs to support the brands budget commitment
Plan and control expense budget pertaining to retail activities (transportation, atrium miscellaneous expenses etc)
Ensure and enhance the brands image through the right execution of the visuals, merchandising, BA grooming and POS activities
Collaborate closely with marketing to develop effective in-store activations and mechanics to drive the brands business and also provide regular constructive feedback of what may help to drive the brand further in terms of customers recruitment, conversion and retention
Train and ensure the proper execution of sales tracking in-store via WinPOS where it exists or manually otherwise
Manage Mystery Shopper project by ensure close follow up on action plans in order to improve brands KPIs of assigned counters
Requirements:
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
At least 3 years experience in Beauty Retail
Experience within retail of service sectors or cosmetics industry preferred
People oriented, highly self-motivated and able to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner.
Self-motivated & able to work independently.
Good inter-personal skills and have positive work attitude
Possess leadership qualities with ability to motivate and sustain high level of team work among team member
