About The Role
The role holder is expected to contribute to the four pillars of Digital Banking risk management, by engaging in risk identification, assessment, control, and review. The role holder is expected to proactively manage operation risks, governance and also identify process risks in line with the business development in Digital Banking.
What You will do
- Responsible for updating the risk register, ensuring that the identified risks in the risk register are managed and continuously updated in line with business development.
- Responsible for Risk Assessment:
- Timely response to fraud alerts
- Satisfactory SLA performance in managing and responding to fraud alerts
- Timely escalation of large or high exposure frauds. Develop fraud investigation procedures and periodically update procedures.
- Review Digital Product's governance policies, making sure all product align with procedures and regulation
- Liaise with internal and external auditors on risk issues. Actively engage with Digital Banking members to increase awareness of Risks within Digital Banking.
What You need to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in Risk Management and Compliance.
- Ability to use data to make decisions and/or provide recommendations.
- Demonstrate the ability to solve problems with a practical and commercial approach.
- Practical and commercial approach to problem-solving.
