Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or above, any major
More than 10 years of work experience related to risk control/credit strategies/collection, especially in motorcycle installment business. Preferably in Senior Manager or Head level or equivalent from well-known multifinance (motorcycle loan)
Good English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience in leading a team or department related to risk management
Able to build risk team from scratch/zero
Strong data, communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Understand financial fraud methods checking for Indonesia motorcycle market
