About the role:
Lead a team of analysts to ensure all risk and regulatory reports meet with the deadline and other requirements especially in term of accuracy and compliance
Continuously review the process, timelines and quality of reports
Working with respective units to accommodate changes on business process or regulations into reporting databases and reports
Maintain reporting databases and solve any issues related to them
Prepare data for any inquiries from the regulators, lenders and other stakeholders
About you:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field
Minimum 3 years working experience of handling MIS/Analytics for Credit/Risk Management in Banking/Multifinance/Fintech or equivalent
Previous exposure to regulatory reports, e.g. SLIK, SILARAS, PUSDAFIL
Having at least 1 year of experience in managing a team
Experience working with large datasets using SQL is a must
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Good logical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
