Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities, generating leads and converting them into clients.
  • Develop and implement proposals, pitch decks, and marketing strategies tailored to client goals, including social media.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Favent and clients, ensuring clear communication.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Address client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients.
  • Assist other teams as needed to ensure project success.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a creative or digital agency in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of creative and digital marketing frameworks and practices.
  • Full WFO; our office is in South Jakarta.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and digital strategies.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and market conditions.
  • Fluent in English.
