Role & Responsibilities:- Prepare and issue sales-related documents (e-katalog, price proposal, Sales order etc)
Conduct the order confirmation Process before issuing the sales order- Assist in the document preparation of tender, sales report, and other financial documents
Create sales administration documents to support the Sales Executive
Minimum diploma or bachelor degree in Office Administration/Management/other relevant major
- Minimum a year experience in banking industry or sales administration
Have administration experience in banking as frontliner will be a plus and prioritized- Have good sensing and accuracy in administration
Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as other application/software
- Able to work fast and precisely

Pay: Rp500,000,000 - Rp700,000,000 per month
