Job Description

Requirement:
  • Willing to work in Tabanan (Jalan Pantai Nyanyi, Desa Beraban, Tabanan)
Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in business administration may be preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is a plus.
Proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and changing priorities.
  • Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer information, and leads in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and requests.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving issues or redirecting them to the appropriate team member.
  • Prepare and maintain sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation. Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
Generate and analyze sales reports, including sales trends, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts. Provide this information to the sales team and management.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and assist in managing product availability and restocking.
Schedule sales meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team. Coordinate travel arrangements if necessary.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members on internal processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Support the organization of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed.
