Key Responsibilities:
Work together with Sales, Finance, Operations & other teams.
Organizing legal document of the group company.
Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts.
Ensure legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain organized records of legal documents.
Identify and mitigate legal risks in procurement activities.
Demonstrated ability to understand and stay informed about relevant legal regulations, ensuring comprehensive compliance in all aspects of procurement activities.
Qualifications:
At least a diploma/bachelor/equivalent graduate or currently on the last semester.
Able to operate computer and Microsoft Excel
Have a strong desire to learn and initiative at work
Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude.
Fluent in English (verbal & written).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
