Job Description
- Responsible for handling sales administration tasks.
Responsible to handle a Sales order, order processing, order follow-up, Installation report, delivery and invoicing follow-up.- Responsible to handle customer payment follow-up, and follow-up of some routine contracts related to existing installed bases (maintenance contract) and other reporting tasks.
Provide an administrative support to Sales.
- Other administrative tasks.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum D3 (Diploma) in secretarial or other related background.
Have min. 1 year of experience in the related field.- Proficient with computers, preferably MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), fast and accurate typing is a must.
A good level of English is a must; familiarity with business correspondence, good filing skills, etc.
- Able to work in detail, well organized.
