Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track supply operations through effective communication with warehouse, transporters and customers.
- Receiving and processing Sales orders and manage order delivery timeliness.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices and ensure invoice accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and order information in our system.
- Assisting with the coordination of sales-related activities and events.
- Providing support to the sales team as needed, including generating reports and preparing presentations
- Ensuring smooth communication between the sales and operations departments.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We are looking for a dedicated personality to join our big family as Sales Administration cum Invoicing. You will be responsible in managing and maintaining customer relationships; review and identify the possible growth of each account.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates are most welcome to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Excel, data management and invoicing.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Able to start immediately.
