Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist and coordinate of events & functions for the hotel
  • To prepare quotation and event order for functions
  • To maintain proper filling of customers order
  • Attend to customer inquiries, feedback via phone and email
  • To provide administrative support to sales team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma holder
  • Fresh Graduated is welcomed.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Person with some exposure in service industry and some experience in organizing small events will be a plus point.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Able to maintain & strengthen the relationship with customers
  • Good teamwork spirit, pro-active, independent & passionate with his/her job
  • Willing to work long hours when required
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
