Sales & Marketing Executive
Sales
- Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to Kodecoon's community
- Build and maintain relationships with Kodecoon clients and prospective customers and partners
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Share Kodecoon's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
- Maintain customer relationships and build a strong Kodecoon community. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or opportunities
- Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
- Meet the key performance metrics to drive the company's growth
- Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out invoices, data entry, sorting out data and research
- Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
Marketing
- Support marketing campaigns planning and execution
- Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails and other marketing collaterals
- Design or assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels
- Manage social media channels and assist in replying to any customer inquiries
- Design customer success initiatives, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
- Plan lead generation events with key partners
- Measure and report the results of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Assists in any other ad-hoc data entry or administrative tasks as requested by the management
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a must!
- Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, detail-oriented, and ability to manage different projects at once
- Get things done attitude, self-driven
- High level of accountability and ownership
