Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirement
- 0 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in business or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of the tyre, motorcycle and/or car product and market will be an advantage
