Job Summary:
A highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate Manager to spearhead our sales efforts for our services in Indonesia. Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with both prospects and existing clients. This position will wrap up our list of ready to sell services and sell it as one stop solution to prospect clients, up until when the services will need to be stitched to create one single solution as partner requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Client Acquisition:
- Conduct thorough market research and identify potential clients for services
- Develop targeted outreach strategies and effectively approach prospects through various channels
- Qualify leads, present product/service offerings, and persuasively articulate their value proposition
- Negotiate and close deals, securing new clients and maximizing sales opportunities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and recommending solutions that address their specific challenges
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding client engagements
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns promptly
- Sales & Performance Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for each assigned service, aligned with overall corporate objectives
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and deliver insightful reports on sales activities, pipeline health, and market trends
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure a seamless client experience
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, fostering a high-performing and motivated team environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the IT/software industry
- Ever worked in Aggregator / PG as sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently achieving desired outcomes
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and negotiation techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of the Indonesian market and its business landscape
