We have some big changes coming in 2024, therefore we need a new Business Development Executive who will also be in charge of executing events under our brand Social Expat. Social Expat is the largest expatriate community in Indonesia and we host between 1 - 2 events a month in Bali alone.

We are looking for someone to join our Bali team who is competitive, hardworking, and looking for an exciting new challenge. This role will require someone with initiative, confidence, and the ability to work alone.

As a fast-growing company, your job role will be primarily based in our Seminyak office; however, in the future, there may be more branches and you may need to be more mobile.

You will report directly to the Country Manager and CEO with updates and targets, so applicants must be confident to relay information and provide accurate reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet people and build partnerships.
• Galvanise the team and provide leadership by example.
• Help grow the departments and ensure we become the most popular agency in Bali.
• Create new affiliation agreements and referral schemes.
• Look at ways to increase sales and work with the digital team to create advertising campaigns.
• Organise weekly meetings with the social media and graphic designer team to organize strategy.
• Look for pop-up stalls and shows we can attend to reach new audiences and represent the brand.
• Attend networking events weekly.
• Book and organise monthly Social Expat events
• Promote the Social Expat brand by building community and selling advertising space
• Plan and execute company events with creativity and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and partners.
• Coordinate and lead the event management team
• Make outbound calls to prospective partners.
