We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Active Study. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students via phone calls to understand their educational needs and introduce them to the range of services and opportunities offered by Active Study.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to introduce Active Study's services and assist them in their educational journey.
- Listen actively to prospective students needs and provide personalized guidance on suitable educational programs and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep accurate records of interactions with prospective students in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and persuade others.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
