Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls from new leads
Following up with leads in pipeline- Sourcing information from clients: The bills, Roof type tin or tile
Book appointments with our sales representative on site
- Upload appointments on the sales reps calendar.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Good command in English is mandatory- Excellent administration skills, keyboard and software skills
Calm, unflappable demeanour
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional telephone manner- Strong organisational skills
