Sales Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients.

Your primary duties will include:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

- Conduct property viewings and open houses

- Provide clients with market analysis and relevant information

- Negotiate deals and ensure compliance with all legal requirements

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and property values

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other real estate professionals

- Domiciled in Bali is preferred

- Foreigners are welcome and KITAS will be provided

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales or similar role

- Has experience in real estate is a plus

- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and trends

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- High level of professionalism and ethical standards

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Property / Real Estate.

- Multilingual ability is a plus.

- Fluent in English
