As a Mazda Premium Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell Mazda's premium lineup of vehicles to potential customers. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide information about Mazda's premium features, and guide them through the sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
- Showcase the features and benefits of Mazda's premium lineup of vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrations to highlight the performance and quality of the vehicles.
- Provide accurate pricing and financing information to customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales preferred, particularly in premium or luxury vehicle sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and industry trends.
- Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive industry is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
