Sales Consultant

HNMD is a leading brand in handmade leather goods, renowned for our craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and discussions
• Provide expert advice on our range of handmade leather goods
• Ensure a smooth sales process and close sales efficiently
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage transactions

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Senior High School or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience in a sales role

Skills:

1. Proficient in operating online marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
2. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
3. Competent in using MS Office applications
4. Good communication skills

Interest: Passion for leather products, the fashion industry, or horology

Location: Preferably residing around Cijantung, Jakarta Timur, or willing to be assigned there
