Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. In this senior role, you'll take ownership of expanding our customer base and building long-term relationships with existing clients. You'll have the freedom to innovate and create impactful lead generation strategies, helping drive Nobacklog's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Marketing Strategy:
Conceptualize, plan, and execute targeted lead generation activities with support from the Managing Director.
Analyze customer behaviors to identify and seize new sales opportunities.
Digital Marketing Execution:
Leverage expertise in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Google My Business, and MailChimp to create and implement high-impact marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal graphic design and development teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Brand Awareness & Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for social media to enhance brand presence and foster passive selling opportunities.
Generate innovative content ideas for social media in collaboration with the Production Manager and Managing Director.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and digital marketing, ideally within a B2B setting.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an excellent command of the English language for effective client engagement.
Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong creative and analytical skills to drive and measure campaign success.
