Position Summary:

The Sales & Distribution Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing distribution channels, and ensuring the availability of products across key accounts and retail networks. This role is focused on expanding market reach, building relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers, and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Beauty and Personal Care (BPC) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Execution:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, promotional activities, and distribution strategies to drive revenue growth.

2. Channel Management:

  • Manage distribution channels, ensuring the products reach target markets effectively and efficiently.
  • Negotiate with distributors and retailers to optimize product placement, promotions, and inventory levels.

3. Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and enhance sales.

4. Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retail partners, and distributors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, problem resolution, and support.

5. Operational Oversight:

  • Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and manage inventory across various locations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth distribution and availability.

6. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales performance, preparing reports on revenue, market reach, and product performance.
  • Present regular updates and insights to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel management in the Beauty & Personal Care sector.
  • Prior experience working with distributors, retailers, or key accounts within the industry.
  • Established industry presence with a strong portfolio of key contacts in GT and MT channels, with a track record of executing high-value direct purchases and distributor partnerships.
  • Native fluency in Bahasa, Conversational in English
