This ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Marketing, advertising & seeking for potential customers (owners, consultants, boards of IP management, promotion & investment centers).
- Prepare quotations on Design, Manufacture, Supply and Erection of Pre - Engineered Steel Building for customers and prospective customers.
- Identify necessary measures to increase sales performance.
- Collaborate with other BMB staff and departments to communicate customers requirements
- Contacting with the clients/owners regularly to discuss, update new information about the project and invite clients to visit our factory, some projects in construction.
- Report progress of projects, the relations with the clients and also the development of follow-up projects on a regular basis to Management
- Participation in professional events (trade fairs, presentations, etc.) as requested by Management
- Extensive travel requirements.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Fluent in English.
- Have experience in Sales Position for Construction Company
- Preferably have experience in Steel Structure Especially in Pre-Engineering Building (PEB) System.
- Good in communication & sales activity.
