Develop, looking for new customer and increase sales to fulfil sales target
Searching new clients or customers on Sulawesi areas the designated market
Maintain contact with existing customers and the key person or project owner
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers
Collect comprehensive data for customer inquiries
Provide clear customer inquiry data to Product and Application Engineers for accurate quotations.
Oversee proposal quotations, ensuring accurate delivery and monitoring for customer satisfaction.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing with KSB's terms and conditions.
In participating to monitor ongoing order processing.
Manage tender processes, commercial clarifications, and contract terms.
Support marketing by participating in exhibitions, conferences, and events.
Generate and submit sales reports, monitor project opportunities on C4C.
Utilize diverse methods to attract customers, like hosting training session.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Material Science, chemicals), or equivalent
Having a minimum of 4 (Four) years of experience in related functions
Having experience in the market for oil and gas, water, power plant, building construction, and general industries (manufacturing of machines and tools, Industrial production: chemicals and food beverages, etc)
Well proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong negotiation skills.
Highly motivated target-oriented individual and team.
