This position for our client.
Responsibilities
- Support the Teams to qualify leads, identify customers Pain Points and Translate Technologies into Solutions that meet customers Business Goals.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and marketing events.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth
- Communicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved
- Foster strong relationship with customers and suppliers/vendors, enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position at all time.
Qualifications
- You have an Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Have Experience as software engineer
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a related position.
- Have a strong base or network in Information Technology (IT) industry
- Have a knowledge and experience in ERP Odoo project
- Have good communication; interpersonal skills include Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
