Sales Indonesia
To lead and be accountable for business development activities along with Sales & Marketing
responsibilities in Indonesia, meeting the business targets for order booking, sales & gross
margin and maintaining customer relationship.
Major Accountabilities
Propose annual / periodic business plan for Southeast Asia market and once approved lead
and direct the business in Indonesia to achieve the plans. Ensure that business runs along
forecasted trajectory. Plan and drive actions to completion so as to achieve projected
business targets.
Ensure Order booking, Sales & Gross Margin in the committed business plan is achieved or
exceeded for the defined territory.
Responsible to generate and pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers,
collection, order booking, respond to customer enquiries, coordinate with the HoD to
negotiate prices and delivery times and conclude sales orders to meet sales / revenue
targets for assigned territory.
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that
will generate future sales and repeat business.
Identify and appoint business partners in targeted country of Southeast Asia. Ensure that
the business partners get trained effectively to achieve targets as defined in business
projections.
Ensure timely preparation of business performance data, various MIS reports, analyze
competition and market share
Monitor competitor activities including market share, products and applications
Work closely with order execution team and ensure timely contract review of the projects
and provide timely inputs to Application engineer for forthcoming business in case of any
development, for timely release of products.
Ensure the process adherence w.r.t. quality objectives and business processes. Support to
team members for preparation of tenders, tender summary, samples, pre -bid queries.
Experience & Other Requirements
B.E./ B. tech in Electrical (preferable) / Electronics engineering
Experience 5-7 years
Basic knowledge of Electrical engineering and power systems.
Basic knowledge on the Sales & Marketing, tendering process, order execution, contract
handling and Sales cycle.
Experience of working in bid management.
Comfortable with technology & engineering environments
Should have knowledge of Electricity metering & Allied products preferably
Knowledge of tendering process, order execution, contract handling and sales cycle

MS Office proficiency
Good communication, Interpersonal skills & presentation skills
