We are looking for a Sales Engineering Manager to lead and mentor our team of Sales Engineers in the industry of water pump sales, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives, fostering strong client relationships, and overseeing the technical aspects of the sales process. The ideal candidate MUST possess a deep understanding of the water pump technologies with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the water pump industry. Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and present to prospective customers regarding the specifications, details and advantages of the water pump products offered.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical requirements and ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, market trends, and opportunities
- Work individually/or with a team of other sales associates for water pump market activation
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
- Address special needs or constraints experienced by clients
- Make daily reports and follow up customers
Job Qualification :
- Proven experience in technical sales especially in the water pump industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- MUST be experienced in the field of water pumps (Governmental & Private Sector)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Have a high sense of honesty and responsibility
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Able to cooperate well with colleagues
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
