Sales Executive

Location: Bali Office

Work Days: Monday - Saturday

Do you have a passion for sales and love the idea of living and working in beautiful Bali Arya Properties is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Sales calls and meetings with clients to promote our luxury properties and investment opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for properties

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure bookings.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for villa rentals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Selling the properties and achieve the target

Qualifications:

Speak fluently English is a must

2 years of experience in sales properties is a must.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Speak one or more of the following languages is preferable: Spanish, Czech, French, Mandarin, German, Russian, or Arabic.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiar with Microsoft office suite

Familiar with Hubspot CRM tool
