Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present customized proposals that align with clients business objectives and requirements.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on pipeline and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Min 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the fintech industry or related sectors.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
