Qualifications & experience
- Min bachelor's degree on Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Engineering
- 5 years experiences as sales supervisor, preferably within the plastics (masterbatch) or color industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactive, result-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Possess a valid car driving license and willingness to travel or relocate as needed
- Implement the standard quality management system integration, according to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Tasks & responsibilities
- Identifying, develop and maintain potential customers and initiating contact to introduce products or services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our existing customer needs
- Keep a keen eye on market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve to inform sales strategies and product development
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management within designated timelines
- Deliver timely and precise reports on sales activities, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to keep everyone informed and aligned
- Work closely with our sales team to foster integration, cooperation, and knowledge sharing, driving collective sales growth in your area.
- Ensures that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and promotes high principles of business ethics in all interactions with customers and co-workers
- Play a proactive role in the integration and implementation of ISO 45001 within our department.
- Collaborate with HSE, HR & Management Team to follow up on K3 incidents, ensuring swift resolutions.
