Job Summary:As a Sales Executive at PT Mahardika Teknotama Integrasi, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships across industries. You will promote and sell a comprehensive portfolio of IT solutions, including products from FireEye, Juniper, Cisco, Delinea, Microsoft, Tychotic, Arista, Sandvine, and other leading technology vendors such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, VMware, Splunk, Nutanix, IBM, HPE, Citrix, and F5 Networks. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, presenting customized solutions, and closing deals to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory/verticals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively managing the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
- Present and promote a comprehensive range of solutions, including but not limited to cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, endpoint protection, data analytics, virtualization, and software-defined networking (SDN), from key vendors like FireEye, Juniper, Cisco, Delinea, Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, VMware, and Splunk.
- Solution Selling & Technical Understanding
- Understand clients unique business challenges and requirements, and position solutions that address these needs effectively.
- Stay well-informed on multi-vendor solutions across security, networking, cloud services, data protection, identity management, and DevOps to offer the best-fit solutions.
- Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to position PT Mahardika Teknotama Integrasi as a trusted advisor.
- Provide regular touchpoints with clients, including technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate accounts, grow revenue, and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and support teams to ensure successful solution implementation and client satisfaction.
- Reporting & CRM
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and other metrics to management.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in IT or technology solutions, preferably with experience selling enterprise IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and virtualization solutions.
- Familiarity with solutions from FireEye, Juniper, Cisco, Delinea, Microsoft, Tychotic, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, VMware, Splunk, Nutanix, IBM, HPE, Citrix, and F5 Networks is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
