The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling assigned cloud infrastructure (IaaS) and applications (SaaS) products/services.
Responsibilities:
- To achieve revenue targets (quarterly, annual)
- To define and execute sales strategies to identify, qualify, manage, and close
- sales for assigned segments
- To collaborate with internal marketing team to execute relevant awareness
- and sales campaigns
- To build and maintain relationships with customers and partner/vendor
- representatives
- To collaborate with pre-sales team for product presentation, demo, POC and proposal preparation
- To manage proposal negotiation and completion of contract details
- To prepare sales reports to Management
Job requirements:
- 5 years in B2B sales for IT products/services, preferably at least 2-3 years in cloud sales (e.g. AWS, MS Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Direct sales / field sales experience is preferred
- Should possess an understanding of the sales, distribution, and channel management process for cloud solutions
- Basic product knowledge of cloud solution offerings
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to build strong relations with key stakeholders
- Possess good experience and skill in selling, negotiation and deal closing
- Able to perform costing and pricing analysis with good knowledge of Excel
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer sciences, or a related field
