Job Description

Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Present and explain insurance policies to prospective clients, emphasizing the features, advantages, and benefits.
Analyze clients insurance needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure smooth policy issuance and renewals.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
