We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive with Social Media Experience to support our client's team. This position is crucial for generating new business opportunities and ensuring successful interactions between potential clients and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and nurture conversations on Direct Messaging on Facebook, Instagram, Skool, and LinkedIn.
- Generate new leads by posting engaging questions or promotional content in Facebook groups.
- Engage with leads from posts or members within the Dream Warriors Facebook community or Skool community Group.
- Propose and implement ideas to generate new leads and conversations.
Tools Provided:
- Daily Workflow with specific tasks
- Trello for managing leads in the buyer's journey
- Proven Scripts to streamline the chat conversation process
- Follow-up sequence system
- Tracking Sheet and EOD Card to report results daily, weekly, monthly, and annually
Requirements and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably has experience working with coaches.
- Understanding of Facebook Algorithm and its limitations.
- Proficiency in posting in Facebook groups.
- Positive mental attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
- Dedication to truthfully document the KPI tracker.
- Willingness to follow DM script, take feedback, and adapt to the tone of voice of the business owners.
- Open communication skills.
