Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential and build relationships with new clients
  • Acting as the point of contact for clients and internal company teams
  • Managing, organizing client accounts to know their needs
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Handling budgets and client invoices
  • Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients experience
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Collecting payment for the goods and services

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
  • Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
  • Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
  • Experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • Experience overseeing budgets and expenses
  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
  • Having experience in FMCG/Horeca
