- Record all referred cases into complaint system or other media for tracking and monitoring purposes.
- Liaise with related units to obtain necessary evidence that registered in the system.
- Conduct Fraud investigation - All investigations will be conducted in an objective, timely and thorough manner.
- Produce a recommendation into Investigation report as result of Researches of quality control issues as discovered during investigation.
- Produce Investigation signed off and monitoring the execution of disciplinary sanctions.
- Log the investigation result into local & regional system.
- Perform reconciliation case log with relevance units for cases being referred and/or investigated.
