Responsibilities

What you'll Contribute on:

  • Oversee and motivate the sales team, providing mentorship, daily guidance, and constructive feedback to boost performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, continuously optimizing based on data insights and market trends.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and tracking progress effectively.
  • Regularly evaluate sales results, making data-driven recommendations to refine approaches and drive improvement.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Create a supportive, growth-oriented environment with ongoing training and development for the sales team.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies as needed.

Requirements

What You Need To Have

  • Willing to stay in MEDAN
  • Has proven minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the banking or export-import industry.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of sales strategies and their implementation in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Multilingual skills are required (Mandatory: Bahasa Indonesia and English).
  • Proficient in relevant sales software and technology.
  • Willing to do business trip anytime required.
  • Having experience in a sales leadership role is a plus.
