Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role based for our client from 4 Star Hotel in Jakarta. As Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving sales growth, Design and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base, and ensures its strong presence.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Knowledge of market trends and competition
• Goal-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Must have experience from 4/5 Star Hotel
