Job Title: Sales Manager - Pharma Packaging Machinery

Location: Indonesia ( Based in Indonesia )

Reports To: Business Head

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for the company's range of pharmaceutical packaging machinery. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the pharmaceutical or packaging machinery industry and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or packaging machinery industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging machinery and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication ( English ), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions
