Job Description:
- Regularly reviews recommended dealer performance assessments based on sales targets.
- Monitors and analyzes dealer sales and production requirements.
- Maintains CBP sales prices based on price corridors.
- Maintains the region's profits, losses, and activities.
- Approves dealer product return and destruction requests and coordinates with production operations.
Qualifications:
- Holds a minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales manager in the food and beverage industry or 3 years of general trade sales supervisor experience.
- Demonstrates proficiency in managing general trade/traditional trade channels.
- Exhibits competence in team management.
- Cultivates strong connections with wholesale clientele.
- Possesses analytical skills for data evaluation.
- Has previous engagements with residents of West Java and Banten.
- Possesses a valid driver's license.
- Open to relocating to West Java and Banten provinces.
